every soul has a story… what’s yours?

your session

like your fingerprints, your soul is unlike any other. your session will shift and shape into just what YOU need based on where your energy is at and what your intentions are.

after measuring your energy, we’ll explore from there. you’ll receive an intuitive, symbolic/metaphorical soul reading and then, we’ll design a custom energy medicine practice for you to integrate over the following 4-6 weeks.

  • your energy is measured, cleared and illuminated using methods of Andean shamanic energy medicine.

  • you’re nervous system will be guided to find balance through guided breathwork or meditations specific for your session.

  • at the start of your session, you’ll vocally share more about the what you’re wanting to explore. you’ll express what epiphanies or worries are coming up for you throughout your session. together, we’ll rewrite “contracts” and devise new plans to empower you.

  • the use of crystal sound bowls will help reset your energy field and nervous system. color therapy may also be used throughout your session.

  • after an energy session, the work integrates throughout your system for two-six weeks. give yourself the space to actually practice your designated “assignment” to allow the shifts to occur.

    just like working out or talk therapy, it certainly helps to do energetic work consistently. keep up with your practices and listen to when you feel intuitively pulled to book another session.

  • a few days before your session, begin to reflect on what you want to address in your session. make sure you’re hydrated upon arriving to your session. feel free to dress comfy. come with a curious mind and open heart.

  • it’s recommended to have a quiet, cozy day/evening after your session. try not to book a social outing post-session, so you can give yourself the space to journal about and integrate your discoveries. continue to stay hydrated and treat yourself to your favorite meal. do accountability on how you’ll commit to your new practice(s) given at your session, so you can feel real progress.

  • yes! energy wellness is not only safe for teens, it’s incredibly effective for teens to learn how to work with their own energy at such a young age. practices done and taught at sessions can help with counteracting overuse of screens, enhance abilities to focus and develop a stronger sense of identity.

    because teens are so plugged into on a daily basis with their school work, extracurriculars, social lives and beyond, more frequent sessions can be a benefit them. please reach out to holly@38eleven.com for special teen packages and rates.

  • yes! this work is safe for you and the beautiful little babe you’re growing. sessions can help reduce stress levels and turn off the fight or flight response. plus, you may even receive some fun discoveries about becoming Mom!

  • yes and yes! most of 38ELEVEN is built on word of mouth referrals. to thank you for this energy exchange, you will receive a $30 credit for every referral that converts into a paid session.* if you refer a friend or family member, be sure to tell Holly their name, so she can track this and gift your credit when applicable.

    For every 8 sessions you complete as a client, you’ll receive an $80 credit for you next session or package.
